Pioneer eLabs has initiatived the drive to improve its software development processes in all its business units to adapat SEI’s Capability Maturity Model. We are currently in an endeavor to achieve SEI-CMM Level-4 certification.

Process Improvement

We follow a structured methodology for process improvement and continuous development of our quality system using the following inputs:

  Process implementation results (audits)
  Gaps as per CMM Level 4 requirements
  Changing process needs of our business units
  Internal and external process experts and practitioners contribute in     defining and reviewing the processes.

Pioneer eLabs has a unique process evaluation model, which is applied to each process before it is implemented. The process is implemented only if it satisfies the criteria defined by the model. This evaluation also gives inputs for further process improvements.
