The Government of India has
released Rs. 437 Crores to the various ministries and State Governments
since 1988 for the computerization of Land Records. But no concrete
step towards total computerization has been taken due to the piece
meal approach. Due to the constant buying and selling of Land the
maps along with the Record of Rights (ROR) becomes outdated immediately.
The Mutations, which take place, are not integrated with ROR and
maps because of which the data becomes obsolete and hence the data
of ROR need to be re-entered year after year. Thus a complete automated
solution for land records was not achieved for so many years. Pioneer
E-Labs has addressed these problems in the current Land Records
and designed an Integrated Solution with the following features:
- Mutation Information of
the land will be updated immediately and reflected in the latest
Record of Rights.
- Integrated with the sub-Registrar's
office.
- Access to the application
is based on fingerprints of revenue officials making the system
very secure.
- Geographic Information System
- Land record system will have GIS integration. Due to this the
changes through mutations to Record of Rights are be reflected
in data retrieved from the GIS tool.
- The reports, Queries and
screens are generated in the native language as well as in English.
- Provides a Citizen interface
for easy access to the Land Records information.
- Provides mutation approval
mechanism whether the approval authority is in the same network
or if he is in a remote location.
- The application will be
able to capture the crop details of various seasons and the statistical
information about annual crop details.
- Enhanced in-built security
features and centralized administration of the entire application.
- Ready for integration with
the nth application and with other E-Governance solutions
Our unique solution provides
the accuracy of the Land Records and the status is always up to
date. This leads to a dramatic reduction in land-related litigation.
Thus the concerned officers will have more time to dispose off their
duties much better as their court work is reduced.
Provide Control on the data, since the records are computerized
in such a way they can be used in day-to-day activities, making
changes to the records becomes extremely difficult. Even so, any
changes made are recorded in a separate log and full access to the
audit trail had been provided to the senior officers.
What could not be done in 14 years with 437 Crores was done by Pioneer.
